Not only tone the deep trunk and torso muscles, but build mobility and ease in these uber important, interconnected muscles. Core muscles also rely highly on connective tissue, stabilizer muscles and muscle links, chains & connectivity. We've taken all this into consideration in our simplistic, gratifying, every body core workouts! They are kinda fun too!
