Our signature and devoted fan club class, Barre Fitness, is a high caliber, dancer inspired, conditioning workout. This class is designed for 'regular non-dancer folk', who crave that Dancer experience and toned training effect under fitness parameters. Expect to sizzle, lengthen and strengthen through small, functional movements done in high repetition. You will leave class feeling taller, confident and deeply strong.
