You'll chisel your entire body through functional body weight movements mixed with light hand weight-high repetition work and exercise band movements that leave you spent and satisfied. This workout comes at you in an extremely efficient package, built from foundational weightlifting knowledge while interspersing flow and function from Pilates and balance and control from Yoga.
