Step back into a more traditional Barre training method, as it was originally intended for Dancer use, creating insane mobility, posture and long, lean body lines. You'll love the dancer feel and authenticity presented in this class. Expect elegance and grace, small movements, high repetition and strong arm lines, providing a delightful, musically driven, full body toning class.
